Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns on Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used, opened, or unsealed cosmetic products.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The product is expired or defective

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • In some cases, store credit or discount coupons may be offered


4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Products without original packaging or invoice


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are covered only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
